well here's an interesting night.. bored at work.. incredibly so. until of course I realized that I'm being paid to blow bubbles in milk with sophisticated milk-bubbling equipment. which made it marginally more bearable. marginally. and then I lost my keys. thankfully.. I've taken to leaving my apartment door unlocked. so all I had to do was wake up a poor neighbor and have her buzz me in. thrilling. the in between was interesting though..stopped at a bbq.. entertaining. perhaps I should get an I AM name and hang out on bme thingies..
well.. since no one other than someone from Arkansas has replied to the idea of getting together.. I'm guessing that everyone either has plans or just hates me. well... or could care less. in either case.. I'll be kicking around all day. so if anyone decides later on in the evening that they'd either like to pop by or anyone's up to hitting savage.. lemme know. in other news.. if this week isn't good.. is anyone free on any particular day next week? I have next weekend as well.. although my EVILEVIL WHORE of a manager won't let me have the 31st off :( she says I've booked too much time off this summer. go figure. |

Alrighty. so here's the dealio.. . Saturday is a great day. :) and you have a choice. is it....
CHOICE #1 - my place.. byob games and fun from about 8pm.. maybe a couple movies etc etc..
CHOICE #2 Savage.. just like old times.. let me know asap so I can plan accordingly ( sorry for the late posting of info etc...been a tad on the busy side.

BASTARD. oh how I hate her... the fact that there are 2 other really good people on that night means nothing and that the new girl has been done training for 3 weeks. bah. anyway.. Hey.. I was just wondering (odd request I know, k well maybe not so odd) but wondering if anyone was free at some point on wednesday afternoon or during the day to help me throw away my couch.. city pickup is wednesday nights, and if I don't get it, I'll have to pay $100+ to have someone come and cart it away. stupid people. want my money. heck I could just get someone form a moving company to pay for one hour and take it away themselves.. but then. I'd have to be moving. and well. I"m not. SOOOO if anyone at all could help I'd really appreciate it.. because the sooner it goes.. the sooner I get the new one, and the sooner we have drunken happiness :) or something like that. so let me know ASAP or I'll still have to book an appt. (and btw, how is everyone's July 3rd? can everyone be free then? or should I look for another date? ) |

okay.. well most people seem to be off on the sunday mornings.. now.. is that a religious thing? such as.. no wanting to show up at church horribly hung over? if not.. I shall double check my schedule tomorrow and settle a date. perhaps see if a couple other friends can come.. and we can play drinking games :D well or just drink.. or just play games. either is acceptable although the first option is always preferable. |

Hi everybody :) me again. just wanted to get an idea of what everyone's schedules are.. as in work, volunteering with small animals and children, scheduled summer killing sprees.. you know. the usual. just so I can figure out when would be best to hold a night of drunken festivities with no worries about comittments in the mornig. because I miss you all :( |

i now have a bachelor's of Ed degree. woot! go Liz.!
Graduation is on Tuesday, at main campus on the greens in front of Vari Hall, at 10am :) I'd invite you all, but rush hour... rush hour sucks.
sooo I propose we have a get together to celebrate my magnificence. when.. I'll tell ya as soon as I get my schedule from starbucks. I LOVE YOU ALL!! |

I hate school. MB, heh. call me! I can't figure out how to do a proper lesson plan.
Yeah. oh, and I'm GRADUATING on Nov 8. it's a saturday.. I think. I don't check these things. but I got a nifty letter welcoming me to the Alumni association.. bleh. my brain's scrambled. I rpomis promise promise that as soon as my I'm done "reflecting" and have most of my work caught up, I'll have everyone over. that is all. now back to my "Education and the media" assignment. *gag* |

okay.. I understand that moving can be difficult on pets... but FOR FUCK'S SAKE!! the damn cat has not stopped meowing since I got here.. well she hid in the closet and meowed for about an hour.. then she wandered around meowing.. now she's rolling around at my feet meowing.. dear god..
All in all the move went okay..(given the fact that my super didn't put the elevator into service for me and I had to wait an extra half hour.. which ended up costing me $80 more since that made it go into 5 hours instead of 4 hours... grrrr...) cost a lot more than I thought it would.. oh well. all I can think is that I didn't have to move anything up 3 flights of stairs.. and one of the guys was nice enough to stick around a bit off the clock to help me put stuff together and rearrange..
as for everything else.. my cable isn't working yet.. I have to call and get my box reauthorised.. so no TV for Liz :( but I have the internet. that's all that really counts. I have no phone..but I have the internet. which is perfectly fine by me.
now I have the fun task of unpacking boxes.. YAY!!!... not. well I think I'm going out tonight. so i better go get ready |

I hate mondays.. and I hate laundry...modays are incredably bad after a really good weekend.. much fun.. woot..
Went over To Derek's on Friday..(Sorry Mary-beth! I tried calling your cell but it was off... :( hope you had fun at Savage anyway...) watched a lot of Mupet show and the brak show (soo funny! hahaha.. anyone who hasn't seen it should.) and the Animatrix... Oh wow.. it's sooooo good.. Highly highly recommend it. Saturday met Luke for coffee.. he's going to Japan.. again.. *sigh* and once again my life will be empty and meaningless for about 3 weeks...Had Sushi, rented 8 mile.. (surprisingly, not a bad movie.. I might start liking rap again... heh.. if I start acting black, slap me.) tried to sleep, but wasn't very successful. so did I stay home?? nooo.....went to a party that some of my friends threw at Audiowerks Lounge.. also very fun. I was going to go to Gen and Cathy's after..(sorry guys) but I hung out with Mark and Ralf instead.. hahaha!! Ralf- with an f.. is a very cool Dj.. spun some awesome breaks. then we sat around watching Finding nemo and Trailer Park boys and a bunch of other stuff. pretty cool and now it's monday. bleh
but on the upside, I have the next 2 days off... yay!
well. I must go feed the cat and pick up my laundry now.. |

*yawn* mornin all.. slowly waking up. what a day yesterday went to Bryan's yeseterday, , his 19th bday.. it's sort of disturbing that I've know him a nd worked with him since he was 16.... *sniff* my baby's growing up... lol so I made him screwdrivers for breakfast.. mmwahahahaahahaha.... it was actually quite amuzing to watch him attempting to drive his wheelchair. I think my job description has changed frim tutor to cheif corruptor... next stop, the nudie bar.. w00t!
went out to dinner with Derek. that was fun. Went for thai, contemplated more piercings/tatoos... all in all good times. THEN went to a simpson's theme party. much much fun! Saw lots of ppl I haven't met, other people I haven't seen in a very long time.. spent most of the night discussing quantum pysics and evolution and trent reznor... great topics. lol.. yeah.. Saw my friend Daryl, haven't seen him in ages! was very good to talk to him again. well. Got home at some point around 8am this morning.. so yes. a very good time. lots of good clean drug-free fun.... yeah... right...
Rowan and Carin are over helping me move boxes.. or should I say moving boxes while play on my computer..*snicker* bah.. I fed them.. they owe me.. |

As a child, I was told to put 100% into everything I do. So I just failed a test. I knew i was going to.. so I failed it well. damn I failed it SPECTACULARILY, with flying colours if you will. I rule! lol.. anyway. ffor this weekend, Rowan.. are you still helping? we need to figure out a time and such.... I want to take some of my boxes over so I don't have as much to do when I actually get around to moving Anyone else who's free on Saturday and wants to help paint and carry boxes... ( not that many, and mostly just linnens and stuff) let me know :) it's an excuse to paint drunk. what more could anyone want??? |

Ya.. it's been a while. but I'm back now( sort of) So.. I found an apartment.. not bad, pretty close to where I am now. Y&Eg, so coolio( which of course means I am accepting volunteers to help me move..you shall be rewarded greatly for your efforts) I'm in the middle of painting. a lovely bright cheery yellow. I'm suddenly wishing I a) wasn't so damn busy with school, and b) paid more attention to that Debbie Travis chick on that decorating show.. wouldn't mind faux painting the walls.. but ya. School's a bitch. really. grrrr....so I'm going to stop now so I can finish the essay I'm almost a week late on, and study for my test. that I am doomed to fail... |

Stratford is fun... the dirve there and back with 4 old ladies , 3 of them screaming different directions at the driver is not. wow.. that was annnoying.. Saw Taming of the Shrew.. wild west stye.. that was interesting, quite amusing actually. We went on seniors and students day... cheaper tickets.. but that meant the audience was full of students laughing their asses off and seniors asking "what did he say? " after every sexual reference...
my favorite part of the whole day was when we left... we had sandwiches, so I suggested that since we were already stopped right beside a park, we should just eat there. But noooooo...of course, the old biddies did the " I'm not really listening to what you have to say, but i'm going to give random excuses to shut you up because children should be seen and not heard.." then.. lo and behold.. 1/2 hour into the drive.."you know Josie.. we were in the park, we should have just eaten there.." "oh yes Nalda.. that's a good idea.. we should have thought of that." Geeez....anyway.. the play was fun, I'm back now, and slowly regaining my sanity. |
